After retiring to Fort Myers FL in the early 90's, she took her two grandsons to raise and split her time between Macon and Fort Myers. In Ft Myers, she was a member of the Landing's Yacht Golf and Tennis Club to which she held numerous club championships in both singles and doubles tennis and golf. In 2015, she moved back to Macon to be closer to her family. She loved her family with all of her heart and they will treasure her memory always.
