Price Preston Harding, Jr., 85, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with Price Harding, III officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. Family will greet friends one hour prior at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Campus Crusade for Christ (Memorial #0044349), P.O. Box 628222, Orlando, Florida 32862-8222. Mr. Harding was a graduate of Georgia Tech. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Korean Conflict. He was a pilot, stationed on an aircraft carrier, and flew in various air shows around the world. Mr. Harding was the founder of Bell Oaks Company, an Executive Search Firm in Atlanta. He was a devoted member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and his life reflected a great witness for the Lord. Mr. Harding was a great husband and father. He had the sweetest, most gentle spirit of any man you could meet and was very witty. He was predeceased by his parents, Price Preston Harding, Sr, and Rosalie Ruth Elvert; and sister, Elaine Harding. Mr. Harding is survived by his wife, Shirley Harding of Macon; son, Price Harding, III (Nancy) of Atlanta; son, Kyle Harding (Pam) of Taylorsville, Georgia; daughter, Penny Ballard (Rob) of Macon; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother-in-law, George Baldwin (Jan) of St. Louis, Missouri; sister-in-law, Roberta Stankus (Ray) of Villa Park, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
