Phyllis Lovatt Jones

Gray- Phyllis Lovatt Jones, 82, of 144 East Clinton Street, Gray, GA, died Thursday, October 6, 2011. Services will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with Dr. Rick Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The family may be contacted at 142 East Clinton Street and will greet friends on Saturday from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Jones, daughter of the late Benjamin and Lizbeth Lovatt, was a member of Cross Keys United Methodist Church. She was employed at the Mercer University Law School Bookstore for more than fifty years. Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, Richard Jones (Lynne) of Gray and daughter, Shirley Adler (Don) of Eastman; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
