Phillip Edward Quire

Phillip Edward Quire, 72, passed away on April 13, 2016. Funeral services will be at 4:00PM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with the Reverend Mac Goddard officiating. A reception will follow the service. Mr. Quire retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation. He was a proud member of the NHRA, TCA, NRA, GAMMA, and American Model Association. He was an avid golfer, hobbyist, and collector of remote control airplanes and model trains. Mr. Quire was preceded in death by his parents, Frances Alvina Rice and Eslie John Quire; and granddaughter, Chelsea Elizabeth Stinnett. Survivors include his wife, Marianne Quire; four children, Dawn Wise (Mike), Jennifer Oller (Billy), Lori Williams (Avery Barricklow), and Brian Hodgins (Casey); twelve grandchildren, Corey, Nick, Jordan, Jessica, MacKenzee, Callison, Bailey, Payton, Morgan, Abigail, Alexandria, and Murray; three great grandchildren, Julius, Kylie, and Abel; and brother, Larry Quire (Vicki).
