Phillip Mitchell

Macon-Phillip Mitchell, 47, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 10:30AM in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Reverend Randy Darnell officiating. Visitation will be between 6:00-8:00PM on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia. Family can be reached at 124 St. Croix Drive. Donations may be made to the animal rescue group of the donor's choice or the Warner Robins Little Theater, 502 South Pleasant Hill Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.

Mr. Mitchell was the son of the late Phillip Ronald Mitchell, Sr. and the late Javene Mitchell Hollis. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech. He was employed by L.H. Thomson. Mr. Mitchell was a member of Martha Bowman United Methodist Church. He was a board member of the Warner Robins Little Theater.

Survivors include his sisters, Debbie Maltese (Peter) of Sarasota, Florida and John's Creek, Georgia, Ginger Veal (Steve) of Macon; brother, Scott Mitchell (Brandi) of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.
