Pauline Quick Mercer

Monroe, GA- Pauline Quick Mercer, 90, of 1433 Poplar Oaks Trail, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Services will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 1:00PM at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Reverend Richard Bobo officiating. Burial will be in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Immanuel Baptist Church, 129 Yukon Road, Macon, GA 31217. Mrs. Mercer was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and the Grace Sunday School Class. She was retired from the Youth and Development Center. Mrs. Mercer was predeceased by her daughters, Laverne Gattie Christy and Peggy Head Cain. Mrs. Mercer is survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
