Paul W. Bruner, Jr.

Macon-Paul W. Bruner, Jr., 59, died Monday, May 24, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with Father Bob Gibson officiating. Burial is private. Family may be contacted at 1671 Johnson Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 4406, Macon, GA 31208.

Paul was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and a member of the Tyrian Masonic Lodge #111. Paul was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Robins Air Force Base as a sheet metal mechanic working on C-130's. He was a member of the Model Airplane Club at the Aviation Museum.

Paul is survived by his wife, Joan Bruner of Macon; two daughters, Jennifer Brookins (Kevin) of Macon, and Leslie Bruner of Virginia Beach, VA; one grandchild, Natalie Ann Brookins of Macon; two sisters, Shirley Habekost and Darlene Stodtko; and six brothers, Tom Michael, Mark Bruner, Carl Bruner, Milton Humphrey, Bill Humphrey, and "Little" Paul Humphrey.
