Patrick A. Creamer

Macon- Patrick A. Creamer was called home on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 11:00AM at Martha Bowman Memorial United Methodist Church with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Dr. Jay Harris and Dr. Bob Moon will officiate. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Martha Bowman Memorial United Memorial Methodist Church, 500 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.

Pat, son of the late Elizabeth Mae Presnell Creamer and the late Ernest James Creamer, was born on May 30, 1935 in Balm, Florida. A beloved husband and father, he served his country proudly with great dignity. After graduating from Gadsden High School in 1952, Pat enlisted in the United States Air Force and served twenty-two years. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He then worked as an Electronic Technician at Robins Air Force Base, retiring after twenty-one years. Pat became interested in computers as a hobby and soon, along with his son, Michael, founded Creamer Computer Service. He donated many hours and much time to service organizations.

Pat was an active member of Martha Bowman Memorial United Methodist Church and the Nan Freeman's Sunday School Class. He was predeceased by his wife of thirty-four years, Emmarene Hobbs, his brothers, Ernest, Jimmy, and his sister, Nancy Carolyn Reagan.

Pat is survived by his wife, Naomi Buff Creamer; sons, Patrick Stephen (Julie) and Michael James; step-children, Skip Horwitz (Nancy), Denise Smith (Jeff) and Michelle Evans (Ken); five grandchildren, Charity Smith, Preston and Hannah Goodrich, Jennifer and John Creamer; sister-in-law, Beth Creamer.
