Patricia Page Avery

Patricia Page Avery, 81, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on August 5, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the Chapel of Hart’s Mortuary at the Cupola, with a reception following the service. Reverend Robby Kerr will be officiating. Burial will be private at a later date at Beulah Baptist Church, in Glenwood, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the National Breast Cancer Foundation at www.nationalbreastcancer.org, in honor of Mrs. Patricia Page Avery.

Patricia was born in Wrightsville, Georgia, on November 11, 1944, to the late Henry Daniel and Betsy Ellen Page. She retired as the office manager for Macon Power after many years of service. Patricia loved to bowl, work on crossword puzzles, playing rummy, Yahtzee, and solitaire on the computer. She also loved traveling. Patricia will be greatly missed.

Patricia is survived by her son, Scott Avery (Brandi) of Gray, Georgia; her daughter, Dr. Kathy L. Avery of Macon; her two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Avery Grubb (Keli) and Zachary Avery, both of Juliette, Georgia; her two great-grandchildren, Layla Grubb and Maya Grubb; her sisters, Grace Marie Sumner of Wrightsville, Georgia, Betty Jean Pierce of Rentz, Georgia, and Elizabeth “Beth” Page of Macon; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Edward Page and Jeanette Barbee.
