Olan Wayne Graham

Olan Wayne Graham, 74, of Macon, Georgia, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the Hart’s Mortuary Jones County Chapel, with Gary Lamb and Chris Peavy officiating. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service for visitation. A private burial will be held at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made you your favorite charity.

Mr. Graham was born in Laurens County, August 16, 1947.  He moved to Macon in 1952 and graduated from Dudley Hughes High School in 1965.  He proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict.

Mr. Graham has lived in Jones County since 1970.  He has been married to the love of his life of fifty-one years, Bea Rozier Graham.  He retired from Liberty National Insurance Company in 1991, to go into full-time ministry.  He loved do-it-yourself projects; and then, standing back to admire his work.  He also enjoyed visiting with friends and family around the dinner table. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Mr. Graham was preceded in death by his mother, Murrell Graham Wilburn, and father, Olan Graham.

Mr. Graham is survived by his wife, Bea Graham; children, Matt and Melissa Graham and Travis and Jennifer Graham; granddaughter, Mattison Graham; Mattison’s mother, Kellie Brooks; siblings, Sharon Cannon (Danny), Marcia Hudson, Jim Graham (Carol) and family, W.H. Rozier (Nancy), Louise Goldman, and Jackie Rozier; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
