Nancy Louise Webster

Nancy Louise Newberry Webster, 101, of Macon, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Hart’s Chapel at the Cupola.  A small reception will be held one hour prior to the service.

Nancy was born on May 26, 1920, in Lizella, Georgia. She and her husband, Pervy, were founding members of Bloomfield United Methodist Church.  She was an avid gardener and was a former member and president of the Bloomfield Garden Club.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Pervy Graham Webster, Jr.; son, Marvin G. Webster, Sr.; parents, Marvin J. and Elizabeth C. Newberry; brothers, Marvin L. Newberry (Dottie) and William C. Newberry (Myrtle); and sister, Mary N. Hamlin (Richard).

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Randy Webster (Joy), of Macon, Georgia; grandchildren: Marvin G. Webster, Jr. (Ursula), of Ashland, Oregon, Christine E. Webster (John Gagen), of Chicago, Illinois, and Randall G. Webster, of Manchester, New Hampshire; great-granddaughter, Sierra E. Webster (Zachary Schwartz), of Springfield, Oregon; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of John Wesley Villas, Magnolia Manor Personal Care, and Bolingreen Health & Rehabilitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s honor to Magnolia Manor Development Office, at 2001 S. Lee Street, Americus, Georgia 31709.
