Myra Harris Odom

Norcross, GA- Myra Harris Odom, 82, of 4260 Ramey Court, died Friday, June 10, 2011. Services will be held Monday, June 13, 2011 at 11:00AM at Riverside United Methodist Church with the Reverend Steve Waldorf officiating. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends at the church immediately following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Riverside United Methodist Church, 753 Pierce Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204 or to the Methodist Home for Children and Youth, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204. Mrs. Odom was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Gordon Harris and the late Lori Simmons Harris and she was predeceased by her husband of more than fifty years, Ralph Wayne Odom, Sr. and her daughter, Marsha Kay Odom. Mrs. Odom is survived by her son, Wayne Odom (Kate) of Savannah, Georgia and daughter, Lee Odom Anderson (Jeff) of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Tiffany Achord of Savannah, Robbie Odom (Amy), Brantley Odom, Audrey Anderson and Will Anderson, all of Atlanta; brother, Marshall Harris of Macon; great- grandchild, Tripp Achord of Savannah.
