Mozelle Carr Mills

On June 6, 2018, Mozelle Carr Mills joined her Lord and Savior in Heaven. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Northridge Baptist Church with Reverend Bob Hamilton and the Reverend John Shealy officiating. Burial will follow at Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hart’s Mortuary on Cherry Street. Mozelle was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Charles W. Mills, by her father Arthur Eugene Carr, her mother Mabel L. Brown, her brothers Gene and Arthur Carr and her sister Patricia C. McWhirter. She is survived by her daughter Kathy Cross, son-in-law Richard Cross, grandchildren, Lani Long, Alicen Hilton and Dawn Truemper; great grandchildren Keaton, Maddie and Lilly Long; and several nieces and nephews. Mozelle was the longest member of Northridge Baptist Church where she served faithfully her entire life. She loved her Lord and Savior and was a living witness continuously.
