Mildred Boyd Phelps, of Juliette, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at 10AM, at Bethany Baptist Church on Pea Ridge Road. The Reverend Jimmy Corbitt will officiate. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Warner Robins, GA. The family will greet friends Monday, July 8, 2013, from 6PM until 8PM, at 156 Sapphire Drive, Juliette, GA. Flowers will be accepted at the residence. Survivors: Son, Robert J.
