Mildred Sloan Mcbrearty

Macon, GA- Mildred Sloan McBrearty, 50, known to family and friends as Sloan, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010, following a brief illness. She was born and raised in Macon, Georgia and attended Northeast High School. Sloan was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Merrill McBrearty. Sloan is survived by her two brothers Edward and Murph McBrearty, sister Charlotte Peebles, two nieces Sloan and Jennifer Peebles, and one nephew Patrick Peebles, as well as her companion of twelve years Ashley Clark. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary with Reverend Glenn Cranford officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 27th from 7pm to 9pm at Hart's Mortuary.
