Mildred Elizabeth Long

Mildred Elizabeth Long passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Funeral services will be at 1:00PM on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Lizella Baptist Church with the Reverend Gene Carpenter and the Reverend Shannon Back officiating. Burial will be in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. Family will greet friends between 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Family may be reached at the residence. Mrs. Long was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifton Long. Survivors include son, Kenneth Statham of Lizella, Georgia; daughter, Casandra Statham of Wytheville, Virginia; son, Stephen R. Statham of Charleston, South Carolina; son, Troy Statham of San Antonio, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Hendrix of Columbus, Georgia.
