Mildred Aline Lance Cochran

Macon- Mildred Aline Lance Cochran, 82, of 4623 Lakewood Avenue, died Monday, May 25, 2009. Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 2:00PM at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens with the Reverend Joe Bowker officiating. The family may be contacted at 610 Walton Way and will greet friends on Thursday from noon until 1:30 PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Berean Baptist Church, Building Fund, 5151 Columbus Road, Macon, GA 31206. Mrs. Cochran was a member of Berean Baptist Church and was a volunteer with the Hephzibah Children's Home. She was predeceased by her husband, Willie H. Cochran, and by a grandson, Chadwick Shane Cochran. Mrs. Cochran is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Jan Cochran of Macon; grandchildren, Michael Lance Cochran and Marcus Adam Cochran, both of Warner Robins, Dana Thompson of Culloden, GA, Stephanie Frank and Chad Daniel Cavender, both of Macon; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Buddy Lance of Norfolk, VA; sister, Thelma Laird of Atlanta.
