Mildred Louise Bartlett Shelley

Mildred Louise Bartlett Shelley, 79, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Her death came after a short battle with cancer. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 3:00PM in the chapel of Hart's, Cherry Street, with Sonny Seneker officiating. Family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675, or donor's favorite charity. Burial will be private. Ms. Shelley graduated from Miller High School in 1955. She retired from Keebler, which was formerly known as Streetman's, after 39 years. She was predeceased by her father and mother, James William Bartlett and Ione Reid Bartlett; son, Michael Lee Shelley; and grand dog, Beauchamp. Survivors include her son, Jack Shelley, Jr. of Macon; two canine grandchildren, Jackson and Sophie; grandchildren, Heather Shelley of Bellevue, Nebraska, and Leanna Shelley of Daytona Beach, Florida; and great grandson, Christopher Joseph Von Hagel, Jr. of Daytona Beach.
