Michael “Jason” Mock

Michael “Jason” Mock, 49, of Macon, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022.  Family will greet friends Saturday, December 31, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel.

Son of the late Dennis Coy Mock, Sr. and Janis Elaine Hoglen Mock, Jason loved his family, children, and grandchildren.  He loved laughing and making people laugh.  Jason enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding Harley motorcycles.  He was a welding foreman at Pyles Plumbing and could build anything.

Jason is survived by his children, Trae Mock (Courtney) of Huntertown, Indiana, Sara Marie McCook (Dameion), Austin Mock, and Abigail Mock all of Macon; grandchildren, Curtis McCook, Bentlee Mock, Cayden Mock, Ariel and Aurora Jordan, and Eli, and Levi Wright; brothers, Dennis "Denny" Mock (Christi) of Dry Branch, Georgia, and Rusty Mock (Yvonne) of Colorado; fiancée, Dawn Wright of Milledgeville; and stepchildren, Cassie (Daniel) Jordan, Kadi, James, and Jesse Wright.

Hart’s Jones County Chapel, Hart's Mortuary and Cremation Center, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032 has charge of the arrangements.
