Mattie Louise Hinson

Mattie Louise Hinson, of Macon, Georgia went to be with The Lord on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 11:00AM, at Hart's Jones County Chapel, with Pastor Ronnie Griffin and Brother George Beasley officiating. The burial will be at Middle Georgia Memory Garden's following the service. The family will greet friends on Friday, May 19, 2017, from 6-8:00PM, at Shurlington Church of Nazarene. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shurlington Church of Nazarene, 2160 Shurling Drive, Macon, GA 31211. Ms. Hinson was a firm believer in faith and a member of Shurlington Church of Nazarene. She served at church daily, in every capacity. Ms. Hinson was a prayer warrior and an avid Bible reader. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Otis B. Hinson; sisters, Frances Sutton and Almeater Perry; brothers, Mitchell and Taylor Moore. Ms. Hinson is survived by her children, Michael Hinson, Ronnie (Vickie) Hinson, Patsy Houston, Wylene McElheney, Dianne Hinson, Mitchell (Belinda) Hinson; sister, Violet (Billy) Neal; step-son, Buddy Hinson; step-daughters, Brenda Ann Todd, "Linda" Susan Stokes and Betty Faye Yancey; many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-greatgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
