Matilda Roughton James

Matilda Roughton James, 88, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Services will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Friday from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Mrs. James was predeceased by her husband, William Edward James. Mrs. James is survived by her daughters, Tawn J. Huff and Sara M. James; son, Sam E. James; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Clara R. Poore.
