Mary Lee Overman

Macon- Mary Lee Overman, 82, of 144 Fox Road, died Thursday, October 13, 2011. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with the Reverend Tony Smith officiating. The family will greet friends following the funeral at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to World Vision Ministry, P. O. Box 9716, Department W, Federal Way, Washington 98063-9716. Mrs. Overman was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church. Mrs. Overman is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Olivia and Chuck Dinsmore of East Boothbay, Maine, Kathryn and Prestley Guy of Banner Elk, North Carolina, and Marie and Tony Smith of Macon; two grandchildren; sisters, Sue Overman and Becky Williams, both of Greensboro, North Carolina; brother, Claude Ward of Madison, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.
