Mary Eugenia Jackson

Macon-Mary Eugenia Jackson, 85, died Sunday, April 17, 2011. Graveside service will be at 11:00AM on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in the Live Oak Cemetery in Live Oak, Florida with Dr. David Hunter officiating. Visitation will be between 4:00-6:00PM on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Family may be contacted at 2269 Unaliyi Trail, Macon, GA 31220. Mrs. Jackson was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, a Past Chairman of Homebound Ministries, and a member of Young at Heart. She volunteered in the church office, participated in the Truth Seekers Sunday School class, and was a part of T & A Mission Group. Mrs. Jackson was also a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL for 38 years. She was predeceased by her husband, James Richard Jackson; and son, Jerry Eugene Wagner. Survivors include her daughter, Margie (Bob) Hester of Macon, Georgia; son, Ronnie (Jene) Wagner of Live Oak, Florida; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
