Mary Lee Durden

Mary Lee Durden, 77, of Macon, passed away January 29, 2018. Services will be held at 12:00PM Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 with Reverend Steve Johnson officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Durden was retired from Bibb County Board of Education and loved shopping and she especially loved spending time with her hero, Billy, and her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Durden is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, William "Billy" M. Durden of Macon; daughters, Michelle Eller of Norcross, Georgia, Penni Jones (Dennis) of Covington, Georgia and Patti Durden (Keith Moody) of Kathleen, Georgia; 7 grandchildren and 2 grandchildren-in-law; sisters, Myrtle Jonson of Metter, Georgia and Alice Batey (Chuck) of Stuart, Florida; and brother, Leroy Sanders (Carolyn) of Metter.
