Mary Agnes Bedgood

Mary Agnes Bedgood, formerly of Macon, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 10:00 AM, in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. The Reverend Joe McDaniel will officiate. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends Tuesday, August 22, 2017, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. Mrs. Bedgood was born February 22, 1918, in Swainsboro, GA, where she was a member of Hawhamock Baptist Church. She later moved to Macon, GA where she worked for Bibb Manufacturing for over 30 years before her retirement in 1996. Mrs. Bedgood was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar G. Bedgood; Daughter, Bunny Webb; Daughter, Martha Ann Evanovich and her son, James Ed Bedgood. Survivors: Son, Milton (Mary) Bedgood; Daughter, Brenda (Joseph) Fulford; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
