Marvin E. Coleman

Marvin Eliczander Coleman of Macon, Georgia passed away peacefully in his sleep December 14, 2017. Mr. Coleman was born on January 9, 1936 in Telfair County, Georgia to William and Lula Williams Coleman. He was the last survivor of seven brothers: Raymond, Melton, Charlie, Herman, Billy, and Arthur Coleman. Mr. Coleman was into fast cars and motorcycles. Mr. Coleman lived in the St. Petersburg area most of his life and was an auto repair business owner. He had much success drag racing in the Tampa area. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Lillian; his son, Billy Coleman; and sister, Rozelle Coleman. Mr. Coleman is survived by two sisters, Mamie Biggerstaff of Macon and Sylvia Young of Dacula; daughter, Robin Dick of Florida; nephew and guardian, Keith Bryant of Macon.
