Marsha Lynn O'Neal

Marsha Lynn O'Neal, a beloved member of our community passed away on Tuesday, August the 23, 2011 after her third arduous battle with cancer. The ever positive and brave Marsha Lynn O'Neal was born in Valdosta, Georgia on July 18th, 1943 to Mr. Emil and Mrs. Ruth Rey. She graduated from high school in 1961, and later went to beauty school and studied horticulture. She ran the greyhound bus station in Douglas, Georgia with her late husband Daniel O'Neal for a number of years and was also an employee of Lowe's. A true lady, in her spare time she enjoyed working in her garden, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones and her puppy Jazz She is survived by her son Philip B. Francis, her daughter in law Wendy Francis, her daughter Lynn D. Francis, as well as her grandchildren Jade Francis, John C. Emilio, Phoenix R. Francis, and Raven S. Francis. She is also survived by her sisters Georgia Rey, and Leslie Hill as well as her brother in law Ed Hill. Her nieces included Jessica Menard, Brandy Murry, and Blain Wade.
