Mark L. Gaylord

Mark L. Gaylord, 55, of Fort Valley, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019.  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 11:00AM at Hart’s Chapel of the Cupola with the Reverend Derwin Griffin and the Reverend Jason Mangrum officiating.  The family will greet friends following the service.  Interment will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at High Springs Cemetery in High Springs, Florida.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Born in Dawson, Georgia, Mr. Gaylord is the son of the late Jimmy and Kay Gaylord.  He was a well-respected electrician for Allstate Electric.  He loved hunting, fishing, playing softball, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Gaylord is survived by his wife, Tammy Gaylord; children, Gahrett Gaylord, Cole Gaylord, and Faith Gaylord Denney; sister, Sandi Martin; and brother, Mike Gaylord.
