Marianne Adams Hill

Marianne Adams Hill died at her home on September 15, 2009. Marianne was the daughter of Aurelia Adams and the late Robert J. Adams, Jr.. She was graduated from Tallulah Falls School and attended Emory at Oxford and was a graduate of Mercer University . She was predeceased by her husband Frederic (Ric) Hill. Together they ran the ran Kennedy Gallery on Grand Cayman for fifteen years. Marianne returned to Macon after Ric's death. Ms. Hill is survived by her daughter Kate Martin, her sister Ellen (Wagers) Chenault, brothers Blaise (Patrice) Adams, Robert (Julie) Adams and Billy Adams. Nieces and nephews Laura Chenault, Marshal l Blaise Adams, Jr., Childers Adams, Libby Adams, Maggie Adams and Jessica Adams. A celebration of Marianne's life will be held on Saturday, September 19, beginning at 5 PM at Federated Garden Club of Macon, 730 College St. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name are kindly suggested: P.O.
