Margaret Louise Yearty

Macon- Margaret Louise Yearty, 92, of Macon, died Friday, January 29, 2010. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 1, 2010, at 2:00PM at Riverside Cemetery with the Reverend Rex Odom officiating. The family will greet friends on Monday from 1:00PM until 1:45PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Mrs. Yearty attended Cherokee Heights United Methodist Church. She worked for Allied Chemical and Willingham Cotton Mill and she loved reading and yard work. Mrs. Yearty, widow of Emmitt Yearty, was predeceased by her brothers, James M. Dennis and Julian Herbert Dennis. Mrs. Yearty is survived by her sisters, Mabel Reynolds of Macon and Elizabeth Apperson of Atlanta; brother, Richard Dennis (Mary Lou) of Fort Valley; step-son, Tom Yearty of Florida; many nieces and nephews.
