Margaret S. Morris

Macon- Margaret S. Morris, of Macon, passed away Monday, January 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 28, 2011, at 11:00AM, in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street with Dr. Bob Setzer officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart of Georgia Humane Society, P.O. Box 7554, Macon, GA 31209. Mrs. Morris was born in Macon, GA, on November 1, 1921. She was educated in the Bibb County Schools and was the widow of Mr. George Benjamin Morris, Jr. Mrs. Morris was retired from Robins Air Force Base where she worked as an inventory manager. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Christ and the Women of the Moose. Survivors: Nephew, Arthur W. (Debbie) Schmidt of Macon, GA; Nephew, Mark S. (Lora) Schmidt of Columbus, GA.
