Margaret Ross Alexander: 96, of Macon, Georgia passed away Friday, July 1, 2011. Funeral Services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m in Riverside United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery entering through the north gate. Reverend John Irwin and Reverend Steve Waldorf will officiate. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00 p.m till service time in the church gathering area. Born in Tucker, Georgia she was the daughter of the late William Leroy Ross and Leila Long Ross. She was the widow of Jack King Alexander. She was a charter member of the Riverside United Methodist Church. She survived by her children, Nancy Alexander Jacobs of Gray, Ga.; Ann Alexander (Gary) Witte of Statesboro, Ga. Grandchildren, Jay (Estelle) Jacobs, Jeff Jacobs, Judy Tillman, Gary Allen(Melissa) Witte, Pamela (Sebastian) Nye. 9 Great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Flowers will be accepted, but memorials may be made to the Riverside United Methodist Church, 735 Peirce Ave. Macon, Ga. 31204. Friends may sign the online register at www.hartsmort.com.
