Louise Collins Orr: 96, of Macon, Georgia passed away Monday, December 8, 2008. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. A Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Born in Manchester, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Collins and Sadie Schatzman McCreary. She was the widow of Samuel Leonard Orr Jr. Mrs. Orr was a retired elementary school teacher, having taught at St. Joseph's School and Alexander IV. She was the oldest living graduate of Mt. DeSales Academy She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and the St. Monica's Guild. She is survived by her children, Herbert Orr (Beverly) of Gray, Ga.; Sam Orr III (Debbie) of Shellman Bluff, Georgia; Pat Byrnside(Ron) of St. Augustine, Florida; Sally Baker(James) of Roswell, Ga.; Beth Thomson(Page) of Savannah, Ga. Grandchildren, Chris Byrnside, Rachel Byrnside, Lyle Orr, Collins Bowers, Joe Baker, Dan Baker, and Katie Hardison. Six Great grandchildren.
