Louis Hudson Moss

Louis Hudson Moss, 96, of 1925 Northbrook Avenue, died Monday, March 7, 2016. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at 2:00PM at Locust Grove City Cemetery, Locust Grove, Georgia. The Reverend Ed Clark will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mr. Moss, son of the late Bennie Hill Moss and the late Dillah Irene Smith Moss, was also predeceased by his sister, Gladelle Whitaker, his brother, Nesbit Moss, and his granddaughter, Kristen Leigh Caraway. He was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church for more than sixty years. Mr. Moss was a Mason and a member of Scottish Rite Temple. He worked in the wholesale grocery business for forty-four years. Mr. Moss is survived by his wife of seventy-four years, Josephine Pullin Moss; daughter, Claudia Moss Caraway (Pete) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Cliff Caraway (Karen) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Michael Caraway (Kesha) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Taylor Bratcher, Cliff Caraway, Jr., Matthew Louis Caraway, Jeremiah Caraway and Kristen Caraway.
