Lorraine Janet Geary

Lorraine Janet Geary, 83, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Services will be private. Family will greet friends between 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Mrs. Geary was proud of her work as a volunteer for the gift shop at Forsyth Hospital as well as her many years as a clown. She was a waitress at the Village Dogs Restaurant in Illinois. She was predeceased by her parents, Elijah Coakley and Edith Layman Coakley. Survivors include her daughter, Jean Riley of Forsyth; son, Dennis McManamon (Conie) of Macon; sister, Pat Nelms of Illinois; brother, Richard Coakley of Illinois; nine grandchildren, Aereana (Shane) Howell of Illinois, Patrick (Cassandra) Riley of Wisconsin, Kevin Riley of Illinois, Amy (Roberto) Ovalle of Macon, Lorraine (Michael) Roman of Wisconsin, Shannon (Juan) Martinez of Macon, Samantha (Kevin) Almario of Florida, Denise McManamon of Illinois, and Tiffany McManamon of Illinois; and many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
