Loretta Thames Balga

Loretta Thames Balga passed away November 21, 2015. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:30PM in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA. Flowers are accepted or donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201. Mrs. Balga was born in Macon to the late Joel and Rose Thames. She was a registered nurse for 30 years in the middle Georgia area. Mrs. Balga enjoyed gardening and was preceded in death by her son, Pete (Balga) Klee and daughter, Kathie Hughes. She is survived by her husband, John Balga; daughters, Samantha Balga, Robi Klee and Stephanie Priester; 13 grandchildren; sister, Mittie Jackson; brother, Joel Thames, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
