Lorene B. Kimmer: 77, of Macon, Georgia passed away Saturday, January 17, 2009. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.in the funeral home. Born in Johnson County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence McAfee and Lora May Foskey McAfee. She was the widow of Rowe F. Kimmer. She was member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1946 and a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Lora Ann Cravey of Milner, Ga.; Peggy Lynn Hastings of Macon; Tammy Moser of Macon, Ga.; Sisters, Beatrice Dobin of Saratoga Springs, New York; Virginia Harris, Gail Kent, June Fisher, all of Macon; Brothers, Hugh McAfee of Marietta, Ga.; Roy McAfee and Robert McAfee, both of Tampa, Florida.
