Lloyd Bruce Lunsford

Lloyd B. Lunsford, 79, passed away on January 16, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2016 at 2:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032. Reverend Mike Ogletree and Lloyd's nephew, Keith Anders will be officiating with burial following at Elam Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at the funeral home. Lloyd is predeceased by his parents Dorsey and Ora Lunsford, sisters, Helen Riddle, Billie Anders, Jean Stewart, and brother, Richard Lunsford. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was retired from Georgia Kaolin in Dry Branch after 43 years of service. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 28 years, Beverly Lunsford of Macon; son, Derrick B. Lunsford of Macon, stepson, Gene Clance, Jr. (Patricia) of Macon, step grandchildren, Christina Wade (Dustin) of Savannah and Adam Clance of Macon; sister Hazel Minshew of Macon; and several nieces and nephews; and his four legged furry friend, Smokey.
