Lillian W. Bennett

Macon- Lillian W. Bennett, 91, of 2542 Saratoga Drive, died Monday, October 11, 2010. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 3:00PM at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The Reverend Lee Bennett will officiate. The family may be contacted at the residence. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to United Hospice of Macon, 6060 Lakeside Commons Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mrs. Bennett was a member of East Macon United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd E. Bennett, and by her son, Tommy E. Bennett. Mrs. Bennett was retired from Robins Air Force Base after forty-four years of service. Mrs. Bennett is survived by her daughter, Barbara Saffold of Macon; son, Wayne Bennett of Macon; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, John W. Ward, Jr. of Macon.
