Laura Hilliard Ringer

Laura Hilliard Ringer, 90, of Eastman, GA, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022.

Daughter of the late John Calvin and Viola Cannon Hilliard, Mrs. Ringer was a resident of Eastman for over 20 years.  She was an excellent quilter.  She loved reading and discussing politics.  Mrs. Ringer was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Mahin Ringer; son, Leeland "Lee" Paul Ringer; grandson, Jarod Ringer, son-in-law, Fred Hibst; and nephews; Roy Hilliard and Mack Groover.

Mrs. Ringer is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Hibst of Elwood, Indiana; daughter-in-law, Dione Ringer of Jones County; grandson, Joshua Lee Ringer of Pace, Florida; 4 great grandchildren; nephews, John Jackson (Gloria), Vince Jackson (Teresa), and J.C. Hilliard (Barbara); and niece, Phyllis Tanner.

Hart’s Jones County Chapel, Hart's Mortuary and Cremation Center, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032 has charge of the arrangements.
