Lanelle Broach Brown

Macon- Lanelle Broach Brown, of 860 North Avenue, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009. A celebration of life and homegoing service will be held Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with the Reverend Cass DuCharme officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence and will greet friends on Sunday from 2:00PM until 3:00PM at Hart's Mortuary. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Heartland Hospice, 115 Arkwright Landing, Macon, GA 31210. Mrs. Brown was a member of Highland Hills Baptist Church. She was retired from Southern Bell and was a member of the Retired Telephone Pioneers Club. Mrs. Brown is survived by her niece and nephew, Susan Franklin (Ron) of Smarr, GA and Robert J. Romeiser (Joanne) of Coral Springs, FL; great-nieces and great-nephews, Angela Michaud (David) of Gray, GA and Robert J. Romeiser, Jr. (Stephanie) of Spartanburg, SC, and their mother, Martha F. Roberts (Gene) of Gray, GA, Lesley Blizzard (Jeff) of Forsyth, GA and Michael Franklin of Smarr, GA; eleven great-great-nieces and nephews. Online register is located at www.hartsmort.com.
