Keloniki "Nikki" Mababloglou

Kleoniki "Niki" Mabaloglou, of Macon, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 11:00AM, at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church. Burial will follow at Cedar Ridge Cemetery, in Jones County. The Reverend John Stefero will officiate. Trisagion services will be held at 6:00PM Tuesday at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the Holy Greek Orthodox Church, 859 First Street, Macon, GA 31201. Miss Mabaloglou was born in Istanbul, Turkey, to the late Civani and Polixeni Mabaloglou. She moved to middle Georgia in 1978 and gained her U.S. citizenship. Miss Mabaloglou was a member of the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church and was retired from Aetna Insurance Company. She was preceded in death by her brother, Yani "John" Mabal and beloved cat, Sputnik. Survivors: Sister, Roza "Rose" M. Harris (Raymond) of Macon; Niece, Paulina Greene Stone (Buddy) of Gray; Nephews, Jon G. Greene of Gray, and Jack Mabal of Costa Rica. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
