Katie Mae Avery

Macon- Katie Mae Avery, 93, of Macon, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 21, 2011, at 1PM, in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Avery retired from Bibb Manufacturing Company after over 30 years of service. She loved her family and loved to go fishing. Mrs. Avery was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Avery, and her son, Teddy Avery. Survivors: Son, Bobby M. Avery of Macon; Son, Frank K. Avery of Macon; Son, Richard H. (Shirley) Avery of Macon; Granddaughter, Angelene Brown of Macon; Granddaughter, Bobbie J. O'Neal of Macon; Grandson, Clifford M.
