Katherine Suzanne Stafford

Katherine Suzanne Stafford passed away peacefully on Sunday August 12, 2018. Katherine will be missed by all who loved her. She was a free spirit with many artistic talents. Katherine loved art and nature and was an active crusader for women and children's rights. She is survived by her son, Daryl Stafford and daughter, Sophia Stafford; parents, Richard and Patricia Stafford of Macon, GA.; sister, Elizabeth, (Bob) Long; and nephews, Stafford and Pearson Long of Columbus, GA. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Saturday August 18th at Forest Hills @ Ridge Church 3187 Ridge Avenue, Macon, Ga. A private celebration of Katherine’s life for family and invited guests will be held following visitation in the Church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Women’s Domestic Violence Program at the Macon Rescue Mission, or to Autism Speaks.
