June Meadows Casteel

Macon-June Meadows Casteel, 62, loving mother, grandmother and sister left us on Thursday, June 23, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. June resided in Lizella and worked for a number of years as a computer technician and technology specialist with the Bibb County Board of Education. She was a member of Lizella Baptist Church. Memorial Services will be held at Lizella Baptist Church at 11:00am on Saturday, June 25, 2011, with Pastor Shannon Back officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. June was born in Macon and was preceded in death by her parents Bertha McCook and Coleman Meadows and brother Samuel Meadows.
