Judy Kay Seale Cooper, 77 of Tifton, Georgia, passed away June 13, 2024, in Carrabelle Florida. She was of the Christian faith and a member of the Bayside Church in Sarasota, Florida.
She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on November 28, 1946. She was predeceased by her mother, Bessie J. Seale of Macon, Georgia/Midwest City, Oklahoma, and her father, William Neal Seale of Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Jeri Seale Loomis (Ed) of Miramar Beach, Florida and Fitzgerald, Georgia; her cousins, Jann Grace Seale of Sudbury, Vermont, Kim Neal Seale of Richardson, Texas and Leslie Frank Epps (Mike) of North Little Rock, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Cameron and Noah Plaszewski of Los Angeles, California; and her closest friends, Sandy Hayes of Parsons, Tennessee, Karla Adams of Chino, California, and Bobbi Cooney of Bradenton, Florida.
Judy graduated from John Marshall High School, Oklahoma City, OK 1966. She attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK before moving to Southern California. She lived in California until 2014 when she moved to Sarasota, FL. and then to Tifton, GA. in 2022.
While in California, she was a buyer in the electronics industry and the food industry. As the Senior Purchasing Agent, for Bunge Global S.A. she got to experience other cultures while inspecting and purchasing fruit in several countries for their product lines.
She earned her Paralegal Degree and worked for J.A.M.S. Endispute in Southern California for over 15 years. After moving to Sarasota, she was a member of the Welcome Club of Sarasota, the Movie Gang and the Foodies Group. She loved playing cards, puzzles, reading novels, Words with Friends, and Rummikub. She loved and doted on her beautiful cat, KeKe.
The family wishes to thank all those that helped Judy on her move and settling into Tifton. She was loved and will be missed.

A Celebration of Judy's Life will be held at Hart’s at the Cupola in Macon, on August 24, 2024, at 11 a.m.
