Juanita Lunsford

Juanita Lee Lunsford died, at the glorious age of 93, on the evening of Good Friday, April 22, 2011, at her home, surrounded by family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with the Reverend Ben Taylor and the Reverend Stan Braley officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Monday, April 25, 2011 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Rd. The family may be contacted at the residence. Mrs. Lunsford was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and Georgia Power Ambassadors. She was predeceased by her husband, James George Lunsford, her parents, Bennett Stokes Lee and Essie Lee Boney Lee, and sisters, Christine Bonin and Gloria Sell. Mrs. Lunsford is survived by her daughter, Darenda Crowe of Macon; grandsons, David Crowe of Macon and Lee Crowe (Becky) of Richmond, Virginia; great-grandchild, Leah Crowe; special grandchild, Mary Ben Taylor of Milner, Georgia; brother, Walter B. Lee (Chris) of Centerville, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
