Joyce Elaine Hay passed away on August 21, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband Harry Daniel Hay, Sr.; son, Robert Jackson Hay, III; and parents William and Mabel Howard. Joyce was a waitress at Waffle House. She is survived by her daughter, Annette Snider and son, Danny Hay, both of Jones County; several siblings; grandkids and great grandkids.
