Joseph Thomas Hadaway passed away on December 10, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, Georgia 31032, with the Reverend Brennan Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Ridge Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel. Tommy was a member and deacon of Roundway Baptist Church. He was a 1967 Jones County graduate and retired as a conductor for Norfolk Southern Railroad. Tommy is survived by his wife of 42 years, Cheryl Hadaway of Jones County; son, Sam Hadaway (Melissa) of Loganville, Georgia; grandchildren, Colton, Chase and Charleigh Hadaway; sister, Betty Sue Hadaway of Gray; brother, Billy Hadaway (Susan) of Check, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.
