Jon Ethridge

Jonathan (Jon) Craig Ethridge, originally from Macon Georgia, but most recently residing in Clearwater, Fl. passed away suddenly on August 31st 2013. Services will be held Saturday, September 7, at 2:00 p.m. in Hart's Memorial Chapel on Cherry St with the Reverend Tom Carruth officiating. Visitation with family and friends will follow immediately after the service at Harts. Jon was born September 4th, 1980 and is survived by his Mother, Karen Ethridge of Clearwater Fl, his Father, Jimmy Ethridge of Tampa Fl., his brothers and sisters, Sean Ethridge of PA, Jerome Ethridge of Macon Ga., Debra (Chuck) Claxton of IN, Tammy Bright of Eatonton Ga, Donna (Jimmy) Poole of Byron, Ga, and Joey Ethridge of Macon Ga. as well as numerous neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins and at least one 'Brother of his heart" - Denver McConnell of Marietta, Ga. Jon loved the beach, baseball, and University of Ga. football but most of all he cherished his family and friends. His family as well as a multitude of friends from Clearwater, Fl., Shreveport, La, and Marietta and Macon Ga will forever keep his memory alive in their hearts. We all loved him dearly, probably more than he could ever know, and will sadly miss his bright smile and infectious humor. While we deeply mourn his untimely passing, we can be sure that he is now surrounded by all those loved ones who passed before him.
